Open Reports/evaluations

A place to submit your report or evaluation. This builds a bank of already undertaken reports and evaluations. The bank would automatically parse the key findings or recommendations, allowing tags and categorisation, and easy searching. Maybe we could also track progress against recommendations?

We see a constant cycle of evaluations of the same things or reports that similar findings or recommendations. This means 2 things. One we spend money on duplicated work. Two it is too easy for recommendations to not be followed through because they are buried in a pdf or the people carry out the work move onto something new.
